- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Nothing wrong with the doctors but the reception staff should be fired. Utterly useless and a disservice to the practitioners. Taking my partner to see her family doctor I watched as she was left waiting for 40 minutes before going up to ask if she was definitely in the queue. The lady behind the counter ignored her for a further 2 minutes before saying she missed one section of paper work. All the while repeatedly getting her name wrong when it was written right in front of her.Alex ThomasMarch 13, 2017
